How and When will my item ship?
Small items will ship USPS. Large items will ship UPS. Custom orders will take 2-7 days to process. Usually less, just depends on how busy we are at the time the order is placed.

Are you an actual business and can I pick my items up?
Yes, we are in Hilton Head Island, SC. Feel free to pick up your items. We require full payment before items are made on all custom orders. In some instances (if you are on the island) we can deliver the item to you.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on custom orders, however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will make it right. We will send a custom image by email of what your sign will look like before we make it to make sure that we know exactly what you want before we make it.

Will you ship international?
Yes. Our prices are set up to ship free in the U.S. and Canada. We will also ship anywhere else, prices depend on weight and shipping rates. They will usually ship USPS Priority mail.

What payments do you accept?
We prefer google checkout, check, cashier's check, bank transfer, cash, or money order. We also accept paypal as a last resort.

What is the quality of your products?
Signs: We use a very accurate and precise cnc router to make custom signs. We use high powered sandblasting equipement to make sandblasted signs. We only use high quality, name brand paint. We join every piece of the sign professionally to decrease the chance that the sign will warp in the years to come. We seal each sign to assure it will be safe from weather damage.
Embroidery: We use commercial embroidery machines and commercial software to create clear images. The software that we use is one of the best available for clarity. We also use only top choice thread, backing, and materials.
Screen Printing: We use commercial screen printers, high quality screens, high quality inks, and high quality software to give you the best image possible on your shirts.
